Everything began more than a decade ago when our family decided to move from Switzerland to Piedmont, a region already famous within Italy for its food and wines.
We settled in a small hilltop village and bought a 180 year-old farmhouse surrounded by fields and woodland and, coming from the city, were fired by the dream to grow our own herbs and vegetables.
Our first harvest from the garden proved too large for our family alone, so Suzanne |

started to preserve the surplus following time-honoured recipes from our neighbours in the village.
Many of our friends and relatives followed up their compliments of our sauces and preserves with a wish to purchase whatever we could offer.
With the arrival of the first delicatessen owner at our front door, business started to grow rapidly, our vegetable and kitchen unable to cope with the increasing demand. |

The move to a new production site was quickly completed and local farmers able to grow the range of quality vegetables and herbs we needed were found as our family business continued to expand.
Our recipes have remained the same, and all our farm-produced ingredients today are of the highest quality.
Today our message of Italian quality and taste from the heart of Piedmont is exported round the world in our diverse range of products. |
